JOB SUMMARY:

A Door Staff stands guard at the store entrance, mainly to greet customers based on Capital Standards. H/She should also participate in implementing safety and security protocols, looking out for suspicious activities, and overseeing the whole selling area while coordinating with the store staff. H/She is also responsible in monitoring employees' activities and report behaviors which are against TOP Values and misaligned with the Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. STORE OPERATIONS

  1. Guards the store entrance and secures store selling area by monitoring customers and employees' activities

  2. Regularly checks the completeness of displays in all sections of the store and coordinates with the store staff any missing or unreplenished merchandise

  3. Immediately reports any incidents or suspicious activities to the Operations Manager

  4. Ensures all sections of the store are being covered by staff through proper zoning or manning

  5. Monitors and logs employees' time entries, important personal belongings, and any Capital merchandise owned by the staff

  6. Conducts body frisking to employees based on gender when going out the store premise

  7. Conducts thorough bag check to employees before going out the store and during store closing procedure

  8. Monitors and logs customer foot traffic count on an hourly basis

  9. Logs and witness store deliveries and pull-outs based on actual box quantity and documents

  10. Assists and controls the crowd during long queue line at the counter area

II. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

  1. Greets every customer coming in and thank the customers going out the store based on Capital Standards

  2. Promotes and practices service with sincerity and efficiency

III. GENERAL

  1. Performs athlete's functions when necessary

  2. Adheres to the standards set by company on work attitude and ethics, proper uniform and performance, including the TOP Vision, Mission and Values

  3. Maintains the confidentiality of all matters pertinent to TOP

  4. Performs other tasks that may be deemed necessary
