  • Evaluate operational processes, identify risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights, recommendations, and support for internal controls, risk management, and process improvements.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to communicate findings clearly to management and stakeholders.
  • Support the continuous improvement of auditing processes, internal controls, and compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial and operational information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
  • Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Certification as an Internal Auditor is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, operations, compliance, or internal audit roles.
  • Experience in external audit is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Basic understanding of the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills for evaluating complex situations and providing actionable recommendations.
