About the role:

  • We're looking for a sharp, strategic SEO & SEM Specialist to help drive growth across multiple consumer-facing brands. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, experimentation and technical excellence, ideal for someone who can balance hands-on execution with owning commercial outcomes.

What you'll do (key responsibilities):

  • Design and implement SEO strategies that drive high-impact organic growth across multiple websites and domains
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaign, with a focus on conversions and cost efficiency
  • Audit and improve technical SEO across a modern stack (headless CMS and JavaScript framework)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR and technology team to ensure best practices
  • SEO implementation and outreach efforts
  • Set up, monitor, and report on performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and SEMRush
  • Identify and prioritise growth experiments based on data, business goals, and competitive insights

What you'll bring (attributes and competencies)

  • Strategic SEO mindset – you connect search performance to business growth and prioritise efforts based on impact
  • Technical SEO depth – you're comfortable working with the technology team in modern headless CMS and JavaScript frameworks, familiar with indexing, crawling, schema, and performance optimisation
  • SEM campaign expertise – skilled in structuring, testing, and optimising paid search campaigns with strong attention to cost efficiency and scale
  • Data fluency – confident using GA4, Looker Studio, and analytics platforms, and can translate data into concise, actionable recommendations
  • Clear prioritisation – you're focused on what matters most and aren't easily stuck on low-impact tasks

Bonus points for:

  • Experience running Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ad campaigns and optimising for performance
  • Experience with ethical backlink strategies and outreach
  • Strong copywriting and content ideation skills, especially for landing pages, short-form video, and ad creatives
