- Graduate of Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field.
- Specialized training or certification in Baking and Pastry Arts is an advantage.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role in hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
- Experience in menu planning, cake decorating, and dessert preparation.
- Creativity in developing new recipes and presentation styles.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, precision, and time management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during peak operation
- Passionate about baking and continuous learning.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting work schedules (including weekends and holidays).
- Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and high standards of food quality.
- Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent (advantage)
