Position: UTILITY HELPER

Manpower Needed: 4

Area of Deployment:

WILCON DEPOT D72, SAN JUAN, TAYTAY

Key responsibilities

Cleaning and sanitation: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning surfaces, equipment, and facilities.
Waste management: Properly segregating and disposing of trash.
Basic maintenance: Performing minor repairs, such as changing light bulbs or replacing filters, and assisting with equipment maintenance.
Support for skilled workers: Assisting with more complex tasks like digging trenches, setting poles, or tightening valves for utility systems like water, gas, and electrical lines.
Site organization: Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized, and restocking cleaning supplies.
Errands and general tasks: Running errands, moving equipment, and performing other duties as assigned.

Essential skills and qualifications

Physical strength and stamina for manual labor and working in various conditions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with basic hand and power tools.
Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
A high school diploma or equivalent is often required.
A valid driver's license is frequently a requirement.
