Position target:
Creation, testing and implementation of IT solutions automating processes in the company. Preparation and optimization of reports for the company's departments and the DSV Group.
Tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparation of reports for the needs of the Company, DSV Group or clients.
• Participation in the creation, testing and implementation of tools supporting daily processes carried out by employees of the DSV Group or customers.
• Optimization of processes taken over or carried out, existing tools and developed reports ordered by the superior.
• Organization of trainings for end users.
• Preparation of recommendations based on performed analyses.
• Creating implementation documentation according to the methodology adopted by the team.
• Implementation of processes in accordance with specific requirements, monitoring their compliance with adopted procedures.
• Ongoing cooperation with other organizational units abroad and in the country, including ongoing communication concerning the tasks performed.
• Participation in the preparation and development of reports for the DSV Group or clients, in consultation with the superior.
• Collection, segregation and archiving of documents generated during current work in accordance with the rules applicable in the Group and the Team.
• Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, binding legal regulations and orders of superiors, including compliance with the Work Regulations, Remuneration Regulations and other internal regulations in force in the Company, including protection of the Company's intellectual property.
• Conduct and behavior in accordance with the DSV values and compliance with intra-group regulations regarding the tasks and purpose of the position.
• Raising professional qualifications through participation in trainings and continuous self-education.
• Fulfillment of other business instructions related to the tasks and objectives of the position or Team.
• Participation in the creation, implementation and development of process automation.
• Support of the person coordinating the project in creating and implementing solutions that automate processes.
• Preparing the estimation of time needed to complete tasks within the projects commissioned by the superior.
• Analysis of requirements in terms of choosing the right approach when creating IT solutions.
• Management, maintenance and improvement of reports indicated by the superior.
• Planning technical works and reporting their implementation to the superior and/or the person responsible for the project.
• Creation, testing and implementation of tools (IT solutions) supporting processes carried out by DSV Group employees or customers.
• Coordinating projects commissioned by the superior.

Education and skills:
Minimal requirements

• Secondary education
• Knowledge of English at least B2 level.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) at an advanced level.
• Knowledge of SQL on intermediate level.
• Knowledge of PowerBI on intermediate level.

Minimal work experience:

• Minimum one year's experience in a large multinational corporation.
