Greetings We are hiring for Advantage Concrete Industries Corp. (Calatagan Plant)

Advantage Concrete Industries Corp. is a new cement manufacturing company with its head office in Metro Manila and with a plant situated in Brgy. Talibayog, Calatagan, Batangas.

Position: Human Resources Assistant

Who you are:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, and other related courses.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months or more of experience (fresh grads are welcome to apply).
  • Must have excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Must be amenable to working in our plant located in Brgy. Talibayog, Calatagan, Batangas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To handle recruitment and placement activities.
  • To coordinate onboarding activities and conduct new employee orientation.
  • To assist in the design and implementation of the learning and development plan for employees.
  • To assist in labor and employee relations programs.
  • To assist in organization and manpower planning activities.
  • To act as the 201 files custodian for the rank-and-file employees.
  • Performs other duties related to the job assigned, depending on the qualifications, capability, education, and training.
