Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer, you'll produce visually compelling assets that support global digital marketing initiatives. Your work will span digital ads, social media visuals, brand assets, and print materials-ensuring consistency, creativity, and performance across campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and creative teams to deliver high-quality designs aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives.

The Qualifications We Seek:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic or visual design
• Required: Portfolio showcasing digital and print work (branding, ads, responsive design); applications without a portfolio will not be considered
• Strong design fundamentals and marketing communication skills, with the ability to conceptualize and deliver high-quality visual assets across web and print
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, including file updates and exports for web, print, and video
• Skilled in photo editing, retouching, color correction, and stock photo sourcing/manipulation
• Experience managing content and assets using internal tools; familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Wrike) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and share knowledge effectively
• Strong time management and multitasking skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Awareness of current design trends; video editing skills and passion for pop culture or entertainment are a plus
• Willingness to work night shifts and adhere to the required work setup (not a permanent work-from-home role)

Your Daily Tasks:

• Work independently and with the creative/marketing team to deliver high-quality assets
• Design and produce digital display ads, mobile and desktop social media graphics
• Create printed collateral, logos, brand identity assets, and event materials
• Prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines with efficiency
• Communicate effectively across teams, providing creative input and feedback
• Maintain consistency in branding across all design outputs
