Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in accordance with applicable electrical codes and standards.
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems in machinery and production systems using appropriate diagnostic tools.
  • Replace or repair faulty wiring, components, and fixtures as necessary.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
  • Ensure all tasks comply with safety regulations and electrical codes.
  • Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines and electrical systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance work, repairs, and equipment conditions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or vocational graduate (preferably TESDA-accredited Electrical Installation & Maintenance NC II or NC III).
  • Completion of electrician/electrical technician training from TESDA or other recognized institutions.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial, commercial, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit design, and safety protocols.
  • Proficient in using industrial tools and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, clamp meters).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule.

Preferred/Additional Skills:

  • Experience in HVAC system troubleshooting and repair.
  • Knowledge of control systems and PLC troubleshooting (an advantage).
  • Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and automation processes.
