As a
Network Solutions Developer
, you will design, optimize, and secure network software solutions that support scalable global operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, automate processes, and ensure reliable, high-performing network environments for international clients.

The Qualifications We Seek

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years relevant experience
  to the role including
  Fortigate and Aruba
• Proven
  experience in network programming and software development.
• Experience with network automation tools
  (Ansible, Netmiko, Nornir).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools
  (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge and Skills

• Familiarity with
  cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SDN technologies.
• Knowledge of
  version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in Windows servers and services, including
  Active Directory Domain Controller, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, SNMP, Radius/TACACS/Authentication Server, Microsoft SQL,
  and backup administration.
• Expertise in Linux/Unix platforms
  and open-source technologies, including
  Apache, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Advanced experience handling Network Monitoring Systems such as PRTG, Ping Plotter, IPAM, SolarWinds NPM, Zabbix, and Open NMS.
• Strong debugging skills with in-depth understanding of network devices and log analysis.
• Exposure to network simulation and emulation tools.
• CCNA, CCNP, or Network+ certifications are a plus.

Your Daily Tasks

Technical Competence

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and infrastructure components.
• Apply skills in configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Design and implement network software solutions to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Analyze network traffic and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting

• Identify network issues, determine root causes, and apply effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Develop automation scripts and tools for network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Administer network management and monitoring systems or solutions.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work effectively with IT teams, developers, and vendors.
• Communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with network engineers and system administrators to integrate software with hardware infrastructure.

Security & Compliance

• Apply network security best practices.
• Adhere to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure network security through secure protocol development and compliance with best practices.

Adaptability & Continuous Learning

• Stay updated on evolving networking technologies, tools, and security practices.
• Adapt to changing business and technical needs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Monitor emerging trends in networking and software development.

Attention to Detail

• Ensure accuracy in configuration, documentation, and monitoring.
• Maintain documentation for network architecture, codebase, and operational procedures.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned through written or verbal instruction by company representatives.
