Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and disciplined Restaurant Cleaner to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in our restaurant and kitchen areas.

This position is not casual. Cleanliness is a non-negotiable standard in fine dining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize dining area, kitchen, storage and staff areas
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and maintain all floors and surfaces
  • Clean restrooms and ensure they are always presentable
  • Assist with proper waste management and disposal
  • Support kitchen team with basic cleaning tasks during and after service
  • Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols
  • Report any maintenance issues immediately

Requirements

  • Must be hardworking, punctual and reliable
  • Experience in restaurant or hotel cleaning is a plus
  • Physically fit and able to work long hours on foot
  • Attention to detail and strong hygiene discipline
  • Able to work night shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Willing to follow structured cleaning schedules and procedures
