Team Leadership

  • Directly supervise and guide warehouse workers, including assigning tasks, managing shift schedules, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Train and mentor warehouse associates on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and efficient work practices.
  • Address performance issues promptly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Motivate the team to meet productivity goals and uphold a positive work environment.

Day-to-Day Operations

  • Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipment, ensuring adherence to defined processes and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues, such as incorrect shipments, damaged goods, or unexpected delays, and take corrective action.
  • Coordinate with transportation teams for timely pickup and delivery scheduling.

Inventory Management

  • Supervise inventory control processes, including regular cycle counts and participation in physical inventory activities.
  • Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures for improved accuracy.
  • Ensure proper labeling, organization, and stock rotation within the warehouse.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Enforce strict adherence to company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, address potential hazards, and lead by example in safety practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to minimize risks.

Reporting and Communication

  • Track key warehouse metrics (e.g., order accuracy, on-time shipment, inventory turnover) and report to the Warehouse Manager
  • Collaborate with other departments (purchasing, sales) to ensure alignment and address any supply chain issues promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
