Job description:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring schedules and targets are met.
Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maximize performance and maintain a positive work environment.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules or manpower as needed to meet demand.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain quality control standards by conducting regular checks and addressing defects or process issues.
Oversee the use of equipment and materials, ensuring proper maintenance and minimal downtime.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Prepare and submit production reports to management.
Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics to support smooth operations.
Handle staff concerns, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing/production.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic computer skills.

Pay: Php30, Php32,000.00 per month
