WFM Assistant

Job Summary

WFM Assistant is part of an audit team (internal) assessing compliance and efficiency, identifying improvement areas, preparing conformance reports, and conducting audits (onsite and offsite)

Job Description

• Assess the organization's conformance to ISO requirements
• Assess the organization's compliance with legal and statutory requirements
• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's management system
• Investigate arising problems, identify areas for improvement
• Ensures maintenance and sustainability of the management system
• Prepares and issues the conformance report and evaluates the effectiveness of the corresponding corrective action
• Conducts onsite and off-site audit (Projects, Events, Warehouses)

Job Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
