About the role

We are seeking an experienced Stockman to join our dynamic team at Gigatyre Corporation. As a Stockman, you will be responsible for the efficient management and organization of our warehouse operations in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our manufacturing, transport and logistics business.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory
2. Maintaining accurate records of all stock movements and inventory levels
3. Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
4. Supervising and training a team of warehouse assistants to ensure efficient and safe handling of materials
5. Implementing and maintaining effective stock control systems and procedures
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

1. At least 1 years of experience in a similar stockman or warehouse management role
2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
3. Proficient in using inventory management software and warehouse equipment
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Familiarity with warehousing, storage, and distribution processes in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
7. Relevant certifications or training in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations
