Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer who is not just a content scheduler, but a vital part of our core team—working alongside leadership, marketing, and operations to grow our brand across multiple platforms.
This is a full-time, US-hours position. The Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer will be deeply involved with our team, attending meetings, contributing ideas, and helping shape the online presence of Patient Pro Marketing. You'll manage social channels, engage with our community, design content, and track analytics to ensure we're hitting growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Use AI tools to generate content concepts from pre-existing materials.
- Design static posts, carousels, and stories using Canva and AI-based design tools.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (growth, reach, engagement, conversions) and deliver regular reports.
- Actively engage with followers: respond to comments, DMs, and nurture community interactions.
- Collaborate with our two full-time multimedia video editors to publish high-quality video content.
- Maintain and execute a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and campaign follow-through.
- Be an active, embedded member of the team—attending meetings, brainstorming, and helping drive brand growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Proficient in Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Comfortable using AI-based creative and content-generation tools.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through.
- Experienced with analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.).
- Available to work primarily US hours and attend regular team meetings.
- A team player with a proactive mindset—able to contribute ideas, not just follow instructions.
Preferred
- Experience in wellness, fitness, or healthcare industries.
- Familiarity with paid advertising and boosting posts.
- Experience repurposing content (blogs, podcasts, webinars) into engaging short-form posts.
