Job Description
- Assist in planning and scheduling MEP works in alignment with overall project timelines.
- Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for MEP scope compliance.
- Review technical submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Monitor MEP installation activities for compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing).
- Track and report progress, issues, and corrective actions.
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and maintain accurate records of MEP deliverables.
- Assist in preparing as-built documentation and handover packages.
- Help identify risks related to MEP systems and propose mitigation strategies.
- Document deviations, incidents, and delays affecting MEP milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in MEP construction management, preferably in data center or mission-critical projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CAD software.
