Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns
  • Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (computers, printers, POS machines, network devices, etc.)
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or improvements
  • Ensure data security, backup procedures, and safe IT practices are consistently followed
  • Coordinate with service providers and vendors for IT-related needs
  • Prepare regular reports on IT concerns, resolutions, and system status
  • Support store branches with remote or on-site troubleshooting when needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related course
  • At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in IT support
  • With experience working in a retail company (preferably store operations support)
  • Strong understanding of networks, hardware/software installation, and system updates
  • Can work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willing to travel to branches occasionally when required
  • Willing to work in Las Piñas
