About the Role

We are looking for a Plant Manager with a strong foundation and proven experience in manufacturing operations specifically in COSMETICS. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily plant activities, optimizing production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure operational targets are met or exceeded.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, HR) to align plant goals with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING is a must
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in cosmetics manufacturing operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making
