We're preparing to open a new, modern dental clinic by mid-2026 and are building a strong founding team. We're looking for a confident, warm, and service-oriented Clinic Host who will serve as the welcoming face of our clinic and deliver an exceptional guest experience from entry to exit.

CLINIC HOST

Be the face of care and hospitality. We're hiring a Clinic Host to create a premium, patient-centered experience by welcoming guests, guiding them through their visit, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and service excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary host and front-facing representative of the clinic
  • Welcome patients and guests warmly and professionally
  • Assist patients with inquiries, coordination, and needs throughout their visit
  • Clearly explain general dental and aesthetic services (non-medical explanation only)
  • Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and physicians to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain an organized reception area and uphold premium hospitality standards
  • Handle appointment confirmations, scheduling support, and basic administrative tasks
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience from entry to exit
  • Represent the clinic with confidence, charisma, and service excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Knowledgeable about dental services and basic medical/aesthetic procedures (non-clinical)
  • Strong communication skills and a naturally pleasing, confident personality
  • Excellent grooming, presentation, and interpersonal abilities ("face card")
  • Service-minded, warm, hospitable, and attentive to patient needs
  • Resourceful, quick-thinking, and highly organized
  • Experience in hospitality, medical reception, clinic hosting, or luxury service is an advantage
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
