The Role**

Simply.TV is all about creating the world's best and richest TV, movies and series data. As the number of programs is so enormous and ever increasing, we look for people to help us build, maintain and improve our current database – our goal is to drive world-class user experiences for TV operators globally. This role is ideal for people who love working with data, are detail oriented, and take pride in getting the data to shine and ready for happy clients

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Manage a large volume of program data with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

  • Spot and create new programs in the database where needed.

  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies, duplicates, and formatting errors to maintain database integrity.

  • Enter and update data within deadlines to meet production and delivery schedules.

  • Apply established guidelines with accuracy to ensure all information meets quality standards.

  • Collaborate with team members to track progress and resolve issues quickly

Important: This role is based on evening and night shifts only.

Requirements

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • University degree in a relevant area, e.g. Business or Data

  • Have exceptional written & spoken English skills

  • Work very structured, and are so detail oriented that you can spot errors from a mile away

  • Love working at a fast pace

  • Are very comfortable with data search, computers, and data bases

  • Get energy from learning something new and making yourself better every day

  • Have great collaborative skills that make others love working with you

  • Are passionate about our product and what great metadata can do

  • Show a strong willingness to get your hands dirty and a strong drive to succeed

Benefits

Collaboration based on a contractor set-up is 2.25 USD per hour on a full-time allocation basis (40 hours per week), plus 1.00 USD extra additional fee per hour for evening and night time. Total expected fee based on 40 hours per week is on average 560 USD per month.
