HR Associate

The HR Associate shall perform tasks under the supervision of the HR Director. He/she will assist with the HR key functions including personnel records management, preparing reports and documentation for accreditations, audits, and administrative review, training supervision and professional development programs for faculty and staff.

The HR Associate shall also attend to daily concerns of the employees and support the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations, from Monday to Saturday.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Must be computer literate.
• Willing to learn.
• Skilled in writing reports and documentations.
• Willing to work overtime.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php14,300.00 per month
