  • College Graduate / Any Vocational Course related to work in Backend Process
  • Experience in working at Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry especially on Backend Area (MOLD, DTFS, PLATING)
  • Knowledge on Motor Control, Hydraulics, PLC, Pneumatic press. Can read and understand schematic diagram. Knowledge on MOLD and DTFS tool Set-up including troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in specific software (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and tools, Teamwork and Leadership skills, Adaptability and creativity, Time Management etc.
