Job Summary:

A Regional Senior Delivery Manager has a wide job scope of responsibilities, but generally it involves overseeing the daily operations of the Distribution Centers that he/she is handling and ensuring operational compliance and productivity. This function requires a broad and deep understanding of Distribution Center Operations as well as technical expertise of evaluating and analyzing both internal and external factors affecting performance of each Distribution Center. Upholding company policies is vital to this role as it relates to his function and drives for adherence to such policies. He/she checks on attendance, schedule adherence, and decorum in the workplace. He/she checks on schedule adherence, productive time and other SOP compliance, and customer service in the workplace. This position requires in depth knowledge of daily operational requirements, the ability to handle it with utmost urgency and pro-active approach in addressing Operations, Logistics, Human Resource, Customer Relations and Finance.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. Those with MBA degrees are ideal candidates
  • At least 10 years work experience in a Logistics/ Transport Industry
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills able to professionally debate his ideas using quantitative data and qualitative basis.
  • Preferably Manager/Senior Manager Level, minimum 10 years experience
  • Has excellent understanding of leadership and organizational behavior principles and managed a large and diverse human resources, mostly millennial generation.
