Graphic Artist

Job Description:

• Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual content for various mediums (social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, etc.).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with Phildex's brand identity and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
• Adapt Designs: Create and adapt design templates for diverse platforms (web, print, and social media).
• Print and Digital Designs: Develop designs for both print and digital media including social media banners, website images, infographics, product packaging, and more.
• Client Collaboration: Assist in visual concepts and design executions for clients and internal projects.
• Revision & Feedback: Revise designs based on feedback and deliver final drafts in the required formats.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve design standards and practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. (Skills and tenure is most important)
• Experience: At least (5) five years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.- Excellent visual communication skills and attention to details.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Experience with web design and social media design is a plus.
