Job Description

As a Collections Specialist, you will contact customers to secure payments for past-due loans, negotiate repayment arrangements, and resolve payment issues. You'll update account records, develop repayment plans, and ensure compliance with policies. Your role requires professionalism, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet performance metrics in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Your Daily Tasks:

  • Contact customers via phone and mail to secure payments for past-due loans and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Update and maintain accurate account information in a CRM system.
  • Resolve customer payment issues and answer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Develop repayment schedules and explain the consequences of delinquency.
  • Organize follow-up schedules and maintain performance metrics.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures while meeting high service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of collections experience.
  • Must be amenable to work Onsite or Hybrid Setup.
  • Experience managing 120+ days delinquent accounts and working with an outsourcer.
  • Demonstrated strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills, with excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • ⁠Experience in customer service, debt loan collection, consumer lending, or personal finance.
  • Familiarity with underwriting loans, financial statements, or payroll processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM and call center systems, with an acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid judgment, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
  • ⁠Reliable internet connection and laptop required for the interview; attendance must be confirmed in advance to avoid disqualification.

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
