Who are we looking for:

As a Project Supervisor - Site Inspector, you expected to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and applicable regulations.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and scope
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
• Review and approve architectural or engineering designs.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans and specifications.
• Monitor the progress of work and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets high standards.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks at various project stages.
• Address and resolve any issues related to construction quality.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage change orders when necessary.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the construction site.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing project updates and addressing concerns.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges in a timely manner.
• Make informed decisions to keep the project on track.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or in a related field.
• Professional licensure as a Civil Engineer or Architect is preferred but not required.
• At least 6 months of working experience in project management and construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and construction management software.
• Understanding of sustainable and environmentally friendly construction practices is preferred.
• Willing to conduct sites visits daily
• Willing to be assigned at: SARIAYA, QUEZON
