  • The RODI Engineer is responsible for the design, operation, maintenance, and optimization of reverse osmosis and deionization water purification systems. This role involves ensuring the production of high-quality water that meets the stringent requirements of various industrial, research, and healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Design and Installation:
  • Design and develop RODI systems tailored to meet specific water quality requirements.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of RODI systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Operation and Maintenance:
  • Operate and monitor RODI systems to ensure efficient and reliable performance.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of RODI equipment, including pumps, membranes, filters, and control systems.
  • Quality Control:
  • Conduct water quality testing and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Implement quality control measures and corrective actions to address any deviations in water quality.
  • System Optimization:
  • Analyze system performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of RODI systems, reducing operational costs and extending equipment lifespan.
  • Technical Support and Training:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and end-users.
  • Conduct training sessions on the operation and maintenance of RODI systems.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of water purification systems, particularly RODI systems.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in water purification technologies, including reverse osmosis and deionization.
  • Strong understanding of water chemistry and quality standards.
  • Experience with system design software and water quality testing equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
