Job Description

-To provide codified corporate security policies and controls in the cloud, leveraging automation and self-service tools whenever possible.

-Cloud Engineering and administration such as monitoring dashboards, custom metrics, log search pattern and alarms.

-Develops event or incident remediation workflows or actions to resolve issues.

-Proactively assess and monitor environment to enforce security policies and mitigate threats.

-Implement a solution-independent security architecture models that map security compliance requirements.

-Repositories & registries for build/deployment artifacts.

-Establish architectural security standards that enable security compliant DevOps practices .

-Assist application solution architects to design secure application solutions.

-Develops cloud security reference architecture

Qualifications

Experience:

Understand cloud platform or enterprise security risks and disposal methods.

Implementing and operate Cloud Security controls.

Execute security architectures for cloud cloud/hybrid systems.

Responsible for automating security controls, data and processes to provide improved metrics and operational support.

Partake in efforts that shape the organization's security policies and standards for use in cloud environments.

Familiarity using AWS Cloud Services (EC2, DynamoDB, API Gateway, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Route 53, etc.)

Knowledge in Azure and AWS foundation services related to compute, network, storage, content delivery, administration and security, deployment and management, automation technologies

Skills:

Hands-on technical expertise in cloud security architecture. Experience with aspect(s) of security: network, application, security protocols, cryptography, etc. Hands-on technical expertise in building security capabilities in code and deploying infrastructure in code. Implementation experience with enterprise cloud security solutions such as WAF, IPS, Anti-DDOS, and SIEM. Proven and significant experience working with security reference architectures for all-in cloud deployments and/or hybrid scenarios. Familiarity with compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape.
