HVAC Officer
, you'll oversee the daily operations and maintenance of HVAC systems in the production area. You'll lead a team of technicians, ensure smooth and efficient processes, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate and supervise a team of technicians to ensure all production targets are met
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold product standards
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues or bottlenecks in the production process
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the technical team
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulation

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage personnel
  • Proficient in reading technical diagrams and schematics
  • Commitment to safety and environmental best practices
  • Relevant technical qualification or certification is an advantage
  • Relevant work experience from an appliance industry is an advantage
