We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to support our design team on large-scale apartment development projects. This long-term, remote role is perfect for someone passionate about architecture and interior design, with the technical expertise to deliver accurate and high-quality construction documents.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform AutoCAD drafting for large apartment developments (100–400 units).
  • Create, edit, and refine detailed architectural and interior design construction documents.
  • Ensure all drawings meet accuracy, precision, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with the design team to support multi-year projects.
  • Maintain proficiency and contribute to workflows using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Revit.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in AutoCAD drafting for architectural or interior design projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Revit.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with design teams in long-term projects.
  • Passion for architecture, design, and delivering high-quality work.
