About the role

ATE Energy International Co., LTD' is seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our team in Masinloc Zambales. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our engineering projects. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging assignments.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and address any issues that arise

• Develop and implement site plans, including establishing work schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring progress

• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement appropriate safety measures to protect the workforce and the public

• Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to ensure compliance with design requirements

• Prepare detailed reports on site progress, quality control, and any other relevant matters

• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, including training and mentoring where necessary

What we're looking for

• Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Licensed engineers are preferred. However, experienced engineers without a license may also be considered based on their skills and capabilities.

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience.

• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including the ability to lead and motivate a team

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

• Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant tools

• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance requirements
