About the role

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our high-quality tires to customers across the NCR area. This full-time role is essential in supporting our business objectives and ensuring we provide an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively reaching out to new and existing customers to identify their needs and present tailored solutions
  • Developing strong relationships with key accounts to secure repeat business and drive growth
  • Preparing detailed sales proposals and negotiating contracts to close deals
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the options for their vehicles and operating conditions
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other in achieving targets
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
  • Accurately recording all customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably from the FMCG or Tire industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers
  • A results-driven mindset and the drive to consistently exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to record and analyze customer data
  • Can drive 4-wheel manual vehicle with active driver's license
