Technical Compliance Supervisor (Industrial Engineer) is responsible for ensuring that all store branches meet company standards in quality, safety, and operational readiness. This role conducts site inspections, validates contractor work, manages punchlists, and facilitates retention billing processes to ensure timely project turnover and compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform QA/QC checks during and after store construction, renovation, or maintenance activities.
  • Document findings through detailed inspection reports and photo documentation.
  • Prepares, issue, and monitor punchlists for contractors, suppliers, or internal teams.
  • Coordinates corrective actions and ensure timely completion of outstanding items.
  • Conducts follow-up inspections to verify if punchlist items were resolved accordingly.
  • Validates completed works for processing of retention billing and payment requests.
  • Ensures all supporting documents (inspection reports, completion certificates, warranties, etc.) are accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Procurement for smooth billing and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensures that all store projects comply with safety standards, design specifications, and operational guidelines.
  • Recommends process improvements to enhance quality control and project consistency.
  • Assists in updating QA/QC checklists, protocols, and quality frameworks.
  • Works closely with Project Managers, Store Operations, Contractors, and Vendors.
  • Attends site meetings, turnover inspections, and project briefings.
  • Provides timely updates on quality issues, risks, and project readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in QA/QC, site inspection, construction, fit-out, or store operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prepare technical reports, punchlists, and inspection documentation.
  • Knowledge of fit-out standards, construction materials, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge in AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel to multiple store sites.
  • Amenable to work in Timog Avenue, Quezon City.
