Cylinder Controller is responsible for providing operational and administrative support / services for the department in order to ensure effective and efficient operations of the organization. Maintain and oversee accurate records of cylinder book balance and all movements on a daily basis particularly on the plant level.

● College Degree : Any 4 years course

● General Skills:

o Familiarity with Inventory Management

o Has good communication skills

o Must be computer Literate

Principal Accountabilities

In addition to following BIVMC's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include but are not limited to:

CYLINDER MANAGEMENT

● Daily/Monthly actual Physical Inventory count of cylinders

● Daily validation of all cylinder transaction's through operation's documents.

● Daily establishment of Cylinder Book Balance (Stock Inventory Sheet)

● Monitor and update superior regarding any cylinder variances.

● Monitor and update superior regarding all movements of incoming and outgoing cylinders.

● Monitor and update superior regarding all cylinders in Third party cylinder repair facility and requalifier.

● Safekeeping of all Operation's forms relating to cylinder movements.

● Daily or Weekly Inventory count of Co-Fill cylinders (Whichever is doable; or if Applicable)

● Daily or Weekly Reconciliation to Co-Fill partners for their cylinder book balance (Whichever is doable; or if Applicable)

● Follow all work-related instructions and assignments provided by the immediate superior.

DATA MONITORING & REPORTING

● Prepare Daily & Monthly Monitoring Report of Physical Inventory count of cylinders,, Deposit and Sold cylinders, Additional Revolving cylinders, Loan cylinders, Pullout Defective cylinders, Cylinder Swapping transactions, Stock Transfer of Cylinders, Competitors Brand Sold out, Brand New Cylinder Purchases, Repaired, Re-Branded & Requalified cylinders, Retrieved cylinders from Brand Protection Program, Cylinders From Conversion Program, Daily & Monthly Summary of Returned Loan Cylinders, Daily & Monthly Summary of Returned Cylinders for Refund, Daily and Monthly Summary of Cylinder Disposal (Junk/Scrap cylinders), and updated Database of Competitor's Brand Cylinder Swapping Partner and Cylinder Buyer.

● Weekly and Monthly Physical Inventory of Co-Fill cylinders.
