Work Arrangement: Predominantly Remote | On-site every EOM for filming & documentation (Metro Manila, PH based)

As a Video Editor at Pearl Talent, you will create engaging, brand-aligned video content that elevates our online presence and supports our marketing initiatives. This role involves editing long-form and short-form videos, assisting with monthly onsite shoots, and ensuring all multimedia output reflects Pearl's tone, quality, and visual identity. Ideal for a creative, detail-oriented editor who can work independently while collaborating closely with the team.

• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, storytelling, and brand-aligned visual style.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Canva; plus working knowledge of other relevant editing tools.
• Experience producing YouTube content (both long-form and short-form) for a company, brand, or organization.
• Ability to work onsite at a coworking space once a month for video shoots and photography sessions.
• Understanding of social media video formats, platform-specific best practices, and posting guidelines (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
• Experience with lighting, audio setup, or on-set support during shoots.
• Familiarity with brand identity systems, content strategy, or creative direction.
• Background in recruitment, HR, or startup-focused content (helpful but not required).

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency with Pearl Talent's brand identity, tone, and communication style.
• Support ad-hoc multimedia tasks, including repurposing content, basic graphic creation, and assisting during monthly onsite shoots.
• Optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring proper formatting, thumbnail selection, pacing, and viewer engagement.
• Stay updated on video trends, editing styles, and social media formats to continuously enhance content quality.
