Role Overview:
As a Cloud Accountant/Bookkeeper specializing in catch-up and clean-up projects, you'll handle various client files that may require multi-year catch-up bookkeeping, data entry for tax returns, and financial statement preparation using Xero, Dext, and Google applications. 
Job Responsibilities:

• Catch-Up and Clean-Up Bookkeeping: Efficiently complete catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping for

multi-year files, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.

• Full-Cycle Bookkeeping & Financial Statements: Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, monthly

closes, reconciliations, and prepare financial statements.

• Client Communication and Service: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information,

address questions, and provide exceptional service.

• Team Collaboration and Meetings: Actively participate in video and phone meetings with the team

and clients as needed to ensure file accuracy and completion.

• Technology Use and File Management: Utilize Xero, Dext, Excel, and Google applications to

manage client files, streamline data collection, and enhance accuracy.

• Project Management: Handle multiple client files efficiently, meeting all deadlines and maintaining

accuracy throughout each project.
Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in bookkeeping with a strong focus on catch-up and clean-up work.

• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Xero, Dext, Excel, and Google applications.

• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills;

comfortable with video and phone meetings.

• Customer Service: High commitment to client satisfaction and professional, responsive

communication.

• Efficiency and Time Management: Able to manage multiple files simultaneously and complete

projects on a timely basis.

• Attention to Detail: High standard of accuracy in all work, ensuring precise and reliable

bookkeeping.

• Technical Savvy: Skilled in using technology to streamline workflows and obtain client files for

smooth project management.
