Is currently looking for a Credit and Collection Supervisor to lead our credit and collection team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring prompt receivable collection, sustaining healthy cash flow, and reducing risk. Core duties include performing credit evaluations for customers, clients, and vendors to assess potential risks tied to loans, credit, and other financial agreements, as well as overseeing an accurate and timely collection process.

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and manage the credit and collection team to achieve collection targets.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Review and approve credit applications and set credit limits based on risk assessment.
  • Prepare reports on collection performance and outstanding receivables
  • Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve billing and payment issues
  • Handle escalated collection cases and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least college level or a graduate of any degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • With experience in motorcycle industry is an advantage
  • With at least 1 year work experience on being a Field Collector
  • With at least 1-2 years' work experience on being a Credit and Collections Supervisor
  • Must have Driver's License (Restriction Code 1)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • With leadership and good analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
