Payroll Incharge

About the role

This full-time Payroll Incharge position at Vineyard Construction is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for the company's operations in Cebu City, Cebu.  You will play a vital role in ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full payroll cycle, including calculating gross to net pay, processing payroll, and ensuring accurate  calculations
• Maintain employee payroll records and address any payroll-related inquiries
• Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports and filings
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in the construction or related industry
• With payroll experience in handling massive manpower
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and best practices
• Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
