Showroom Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develops strategic plans and measures to ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service in the warehousing/merchandising and logistics department.
• Assists the Showroom Manager in conducting weekly meetings and submission of showroom reports.
• Discuss with the Showroom Manager relevant systems improvement and road maps that will improve productivity.
• Assists the Showroom Manager in creating a strong visual appearance of the Showroom warehouse by effectively executing merchandise plans and strategies.
• Assists the showroom manager in motivating the Showroom Personnel to meet the monthly sales target.
• Reports to the Showroom Manager about the employee's attendance and leaves from the warehousing/merchandising and logistics department.
• Assists in conducting a company orientation to all newly hired Showroom Personnel specifically in the merchandising/warehousing and logistics.
• Oversee the whole showroom operations and make sure that the customers are given the best customer service.
• Checks the overall appearance and grooming of all showroom personnel.
• Monitor the overall cleanliness of showroom both internal and external part of the showroom

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a Bachelors Holder of any Business Course;

· Business Administration

· Management Accounting

· Economics

· Business Management or equivalent

Work Experience : Preferably with 2 years and up specializing in Sales- Retails/ General, Purchasing/ Inventory/ Material and Warehouse Management, Food/ Beverage/ Restaurant Service, Customer Service or equivalent
