Job Summary:
Responsible for performing routine inspection in production line, conducting outgoing inspection prior for delivery in accordance with the customer requirements and measures the conformance of incoming materials before utilization. it is also responsible to ensure that all quality of work procedure being executed is compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Qualifications/Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Engineering
- Minimum one (1) year of working experience as QA Inspector in Manufacturing Industry
- Inspections Skills
- Accurate testing skills
- Knowledge in quality control, total quality management, quality auditing and planning, interpreting technical/ mechanical documentation and quality improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct quality of inspection, testing and dimension checking of product being produced in thermoforming, extrusion, grinding, injection, printing and repacking section base on routine procedure and standards.
Identifies and outright removal of reject all products and materials. Coordinates with concern personnel result of findings.
Monitors operations to ensure that they meet product and process standards notifies supervisors when standard deviation occur.
Control and documents any deviations, non- conformance and any failure in compliance with standards.
Evaluates, inspect all incoming materials and generates report and notifies the suppliers for non- conforming materials.
Assist, conduct, monitor and evaluate new product and material sampling.
Re- inspect returned product from customer to identify the extent of non- conformity and releasing of evaluation report for final disposition.
Conduct root cause analysis related to customers complaint, non- conforming product, deviation of standards and help to analyze and correct production problems.
Prepares documents requested by customers like certificate of inspection (COI), Certificate of analysis (COA).
Prepares advance sample item and customers required documents.
Initiates to update specifications and standards when needed through 4M Deviation.
Generates inspection reports.
Discuss daily activities and inspections results through proper turn over in daily shift review meeting and documentation to QA logbook.
Performed on traceability of non- conforming product through product and mock recall procedure.
Verifies pull-out weight verification and cost weight verification through checking of actual run.
Facilitates on- site production awareness when needed.
Issuance of action log/ CPAR and 4M deviation to non-conformance in plant standards.
Attend in any company rules and regulation.
Responsible for safety, orderliness and cleanliness in working area.
Monitors And reports rejection rate to timely update department on the Non-compliance of the production nun.
Issuance of Rejection Notice/ Yellow Tag/ Red Tag for NC items and situation.
Validates effectiveness of the Action Plan given by Personnel concern.
