  • Plan, schedule, and monitor production orders in SAP to ensure timely fulfillment of production requirements.
  • Review material availability and coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
  • Analyze demand forecasts, production capacity, and lead times to create effective production plans.
  • Maintain and update SAP master data related to materials, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and production routings.
  • Generate and analyze reports from SAP to monitor performance, identify issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for schedule adjustments in case of equipment breakdowns or other disruptions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the SAP system for planning and inventory modules.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production efficiency and planning accuracy.
  • Assist in training team members in SAP planning processes and best practices.
