Job Summary:
Skilled and responsible Transit Mixer Driver to join our team. The role involves operating a transit mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete safely and efficiently to various project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and drive transit mixer trucks following safety and company standards
Deliver ready-mix concrete to designated locations on schedule
Inspect vehicle before and after trips; ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness
Coordinate with dispatchers, batching plant, and site personnel
Perform minor truck troubleshooting as needed
Follow traffic and site safety rules at all times
Complete delivery logs and documentation accurately
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as a Transit Mixer Driver or similar driving role
Valid driver's license (Professional) with restriction 3
Certificate with TESDA NC II (Heavy Equipment Operation Transit Mixer)
Good knowledge of truck operations and basic troubleshooting
Physically fit and able to handle flexible work schedules
Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and professionalism
