We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Application Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data-intensive, cloud-native applications that power AI and GenAI solutions in the healthcare sector. This role will focus on transforming healthcare data into actionable insights at a national level.

As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about modern AI/GenAI integration, thrives in agile environments, and brings strong technical expertise across both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications to support AI/GenAI-driven healthcare solutions.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, cloud-native applications.
  • Build and maintain APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and Python.
  • Develop modern, responsive frontends using React, Angular, or with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Leverage cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), including native services and databases (DynamoDB, Cosmos DB, RDS, etc.).
  • Integrate cloud-native data solutions, including Databricks.
  • Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes following best practices for cloud-native architecture.
  • Ensure robust security with REST APIs, OAuth, JWT, and microservices-based design.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control using tools such as Git, Maven, Gradle, JFrog.
  • Work within agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (required).

Required Technical & Professional Expertise:

  • Proven experience in full stack application development (frontend + backend).
  • Proficiency with AWS and/or Azure cloud services and native databases.
  • Experience with Databricks and cloud-native data integration.
  • Strong backend development expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Python.
  • Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or ) with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application deployment.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and API security (OAuth, JWT).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Maven, Gradle, JFrog).
  • Solid knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in agile software development teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior work in healthcare data systems or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with GenAI model integration into enterprise applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php145,000.00 per month
