Sales Technical Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Engagement:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in mechanical products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on client needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications for accurate product selection.
- Market & Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Support after-sales service and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in technical sales, preferably in mechanical or industrial products.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is important.
- Other: Willingness to travel as required.
