Qualifications:

• At least Vocational or College Graduate in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Services or any related courses

• At least 18 yrs. old and above, preferably

• At least 1 year experience as a Coffee Barista

• Knowledgeable in any Coffee Machines

• Can work under pressure

• Team player qualities and promote peace in the work environment

• Can handle shifting schedules

• A happy, friendly personality

• Customer service skills and knowledge

• High level of attention to detail

• Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes

• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work

• Positive and approachable manner

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages

• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment

• Cleaning service and seating areas

• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers

• Servicing customers and taking orders

• Ordering, receiving, and distributing stock supplies

• Receiving and processing customer payments

• Create and prepare a draft schedule

• Direct reporting to the Store Manager with any concern about the operations

• Train the barista with any newly implemented rules, new product processes or any changes that came from the higher management
