- Operate baling machinery to compress and bind materials like cardboard, plastic, or rubber bottles.
- Set up, adjust, and perform basic maintenance on the baling equipment.
- Monitor machine performance, observe gauges, and report any malfunctions.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished bales.
- Clean and maintain the work area and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Record production data, such as bale weights and material types.
- Thread and secure tie bands on finished bales.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and write instructions.
- Good attendance and a willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Mechanical aptitude or experience operating heavy machinery is often required.
- Ability to follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
