MEPFS Engineer

Job description

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, License is required.
• At least 5 to 10 years relevant work experience in construction industry (specific to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Sanitary) of a commercial/industrial buildings.
• Must have knowledge in Autocad, MS Office and other related software.
• With knowledge on quantity take-off materials, estimates, prepare BOQ's of all materials and equipment to be used for bidding purposes.
• Review construction plans and specifications, must have experience in coordination with M&E trades.
• With excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Shall conduct technical inspection and will coordinate with contractors / subcontractors.
• Willing to work on LIMA TECHNOLOGY CENTER in Lipa City
• Willing to start ASAP.
