Warehouse Picker

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and repack items requested by stores or departments based on daily pullouts.
• Receive and verify all product descriptions, quantities, and item codes against delivery receipts before dispatching to the E-Commerce Warehouse or retail outlets.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in preparing and releasing warehouse requests.
• Conduct regular stock counts to confirm alignment between system records and actual inventory.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail by ensuring:
• Correct and complete order fulfillment
• Timely completion of requests
• Minimal to zero errors in item handling
• Proper and secure packaging
• Efficient use of packaging materials and supplies
• Keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Assistant Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate or College Level (any course).
• With experience in warehouse operations, picking/packing, or inventory handling is an advantage.
• Keen to details with strong focus on accuracy and organization.
• Reliable and punctual, able to meet daily operational schedules.
• Team player with a positive work attitude and willingness to assist in other warehouse functions when needed.
• Able to work under minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
