Kiosk Cashier

Job Description:

As a Cashier, you will be the first and last point of contact for our valued guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth and accurate transaction process while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all cash, credit, and digital payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate cash drawers and count change back to customers.
• Greet customers warmly and answer any basic inquiries they may have.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, if required (specify if this is the case).
• Keep the cashier and front counter area clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and serving staff.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Cashier, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Work location: Ateneo de Manila, Katipunan QC
• 6 days a week work schedule

Job Type: Full-time

• 8 hour shift

• Katipunan 1105 P00: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
